In case you didn’t know, it is a small stick that jacks into the back of your television via HDMI and allows you to sling content via Wi-Fi connection from your phone, tablet or computer to your flat screen television. Also, it works on all iOs and Android-capable devices, Chromebooks, and Chrome browsers for Windows and Mac.

A lot of people want to know how it goes. The device controls playback like turn up the volume on your TV, simply turn up the volume on your phone. Then, you can send content using the Googlecast SDK and Chrome browser can also sling content via its Chrome tab projection.

Whether it’s from web video or audio source, it should be able to play it on your TV if it plays on your desktop browser tab. According to Google, it can run Hulu, Rdio and HBO Go. You can use this device even on your web-based presentation and Flickr photos.

Make sure you have a great WiFi connection or else, you will not enjoy your favorite movie using Chromecast.
