The Land Transportation Office (LTO) and The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) are adapting the new normal by opening a new system called “Public Transport Online Processing System (PTOPS) to reduce physical contact.
On a press statement by the Department of Transportation (DOTr), motorists may access the online portal at lto.gov.ph to apply for a driver’s license or getting a renewal for car registration starting on June 16.
