Netflix is ending password sharing and already updated its FAQ pages in some countries like Chile, Costa Rica, and Peru where it is testing extra fees for account sharing.

Netflix is taking a firm stand against password sharing by announcing that they plan to end this practice by the end of March 2023. This move is aimed at combating the loss of revenue that comes with users sharing their account credentials with others. Readmore

Mark Zuckerberg is planning to launch a cryptocurrency in 2020 hoping to change the global economy. Facebook is currently developing Libra currency with the help of various international organizations. This includes credit card companies, venture capital firms, and other tech giants.

United States Visa Applicants will now be required to submit any information about their social media accounts. These social media accounts should have been used for the past five years prior to the VISA application.

This used to be a requirement only when US officials deemed it necessary to further scrutinize an applicant’s personal details. However, Associated Press (AP) reported that the social media data is now needed both for immigrant and nonimmigrant visa forms. Facebook is launching the ability to remove the sent messages of Messenger users all over the globe. This app ability was first announced in 2018 but was only made available in certain countries. As of February 5, people can now delete a message on their own view or at the receiver’s end.
