The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) asked the Congress to come up with a law that will prohibit the sale of vehicles to those who are unable to prove that they have any parking space.

US Visa now requires to submit Social media accounts

United States Visa Applicants will now be required to submit any information about their social media accounts. These social media accounts should have been used for the past five years prior to the VISA application.

This used to be a requirement only when US officials deemed it necessary to further scrutinize an applicant’s personal details. However, Associated Press (AP) reported that the social media data is now needed both for immigrant and nonimmigrant visa forms. This additional required info was first suggested on March 2018 to incorporate it with against the watch lists generated by the US government. Readmore

Google bans Huawei effective immediately

Huawei may no longer have access to Android updates and device certifications. This has been apparent after an executive order and the U.S. Commerce Department blacklist has been set in motion.

Huawei, including other companies, is now facing difficulties to pursue business with U.S. entities. Google has to comply with the new trade blacklist which includes Huawei and 68 of its subsidiaries. The said bar was enacted since last week after the Chinese tech giant was place on the Entity List. This bars the company from purchasing equipment from U.S. companies unless it gets approval from the government. However, Commerce Department is unlikely to give the permission as of the moment. You can now Undo Messages sent in Facebook Messenger

Facebook is launching the ability to remove the sent messages of Messenger users all over the globe. This app ability was first announced in 2018 but was only made available in certain countries. As of February 5, people can now delete a message on their own view or at the receiver’s end.

However, this option is only available within 10 minutes from the time the message was sent. After that, you will not be able to delete the message. Readmore

TNC Predator released a statement through their official Twitter account clarifying that neither Carlo “Kuku” Palad nor the TNC is banned from the Chongqing Major.

It has been clarified that Kuku may attend the event but the Chongqing Major organizers can’t guarantee that he can enter the country. The city government will also possibly cancel the tournament should he attend. Add to that, they can’t guarantee his safety should he chose to attend the event in China. Readmore

Facebook will be competing against dating apps to help users find long-term relationships. Mark Zuckerberg recently revealed that Facebook will be rolling in new dating-service features.

Though the design is expected to compete with dating apps such as Tinder and Hinge, Zuckerberg emphasizes that Facebook’s features will be different since it aims for people to develop a more meaning relationship rather than just hookups.
